Real Estate Education Associate

About the role
The Real Estate Education Associate supports the Real Estate Division at UBC Sauder School of Business, playing a key part in maintaining the academic integrity of its regulatory, licensing, certification and credit programs for the real‑estate profession.
Key responsibilities
- Develop course, assignment and examination materials for real‑estate diploma, certificate and degree programs.
- Participate in curriculum reviews, program planning and needs‑assessment activities.
- Liaise with instructors, consultants and external organisations to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Manage the student experience, address academic issues and perform quality checks on courses before launch.
- Design new or redesign existing learning materials to meet client and stakeholder requirements.
Required profile
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in educational program development and course management.
- Ability to collaborate with faculty, external partners and industry consultants.
- Commitment to upholding academic integrity and delivering high‑quality educational content.
