React Native Mobile Developer

About the role

Highspring is looking for a React Native Mobile Developer to join a centralized digital delivery group supporting a major Canadian financial institution. You will work on multiple strategic digital initiatives that launch in Q3 2026, helping modernize legacy platforms and deliver high‑impact mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native in a complex enterprise environment.
• Contribute to migration and modernization of legacy platforms.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers, QA, functional analysts, and delivery leads within cross‑functional squads.
• Participate in payment‑systems modernization, data‑driven financial solutions, and client platform integration.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability according to modern development standards.
• Support delivery objectives across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience developing mobile applications with React Native.
• Solid understanding of front‑end architecture and component‑based design.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort working on large‑scale, regulated enterprise platforms.
