Quality Technician

About the role

The Quality Technician will support the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing quality operations within an assigned value stream. This hands‑on role requires strong expertise in electronics, controls, troubleshooting, repairs, root‑cause analysis and quality system processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection plans and ensure project documentation complies with contractual requirements.
• Perform statistical analyses to assess cost and responsibility for non‑conforming products or materials.
• Identify quality trends, coordinate corrective actions with customers and suppliers, and conduct internal audits.
• Collect, interpret and summarize data to prepare reports and make improvement recommendations.
• Participate in failure analysis, corrective‑action investigations and support PPAP, APQP and document‑control activities.
• Inspect, evaluate and troubleshoot electronic products and components, collaborating with engineering, production and operations teams.
• Represent the company during internal and external audits and act as primary contact when required.
• Educate the Value Stream team on quality processes and conduct customer or supplier quality visits.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with solid experience in electronics and control systems.
• Proven ability to manage product quality issues, RMAs and corrective‑action activities.
• Strong analytical mindset for statistical analysis and root‑cause investigations.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
