Quality Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

Cabico, Canada’s leading custom‑cabinet manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality control activities across product development and production. The role offers a high degree of autonomy in a collaborative, family‑spirit environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise non‑conformity handling, calibration, and product audits.
• Manage corrective actions, track follow‑ups, and analyse recurring issues.
• Design, implement and maintain the calibration system.
• Train staff in problem‑solving techniques and support customer‑complaint investigations.
• Conduct internal inspections, audits and act as internal auditor.
• Update process documentation in partnership with project managers and quality engineers.

Required profile

• College diploma (DEC) in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality systems within a manufacturing setting, preferably cabinet production.
• Strong communication skills in English (asset).
• Commitment to respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Experience with calibration systems.
• Knowledge of production and dimensional measurement systems.
• Problem‑solving techniques and corrective‑action implementation.
• Strong computer literacy.
