Quality Manager – Mississauga/Oakville

About the role

DP World is seeking a proactive Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across its Mississauga/Oakville operations. You will drive execution of quality processes, monitor performance through KPIs, and champion continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data from customers and internal sources to support problem‑solving.
• Supervise quality staff across all shifts, providing direction on quality plans.
• Administer project documentation such as operator instructions, PFMEAs and process control plans.
• Develop and implement corrective actions using established problem‑solving techniques.
• Manage quality reports (3rd‑party sorts, suspect material, damage material) and maintain supplier relationships for suspect material.
• Lead Lean engineering initiatives and foster a Lean culture.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System and ISO certification activities.
• Generate and communicate results through management tools, graphs and reports, coaching the organization on quality practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Progressive experience in professional quality management, preferably in automotive or logistics.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and related procedures.
