Quality Coordinator – Construction

About the role

The Quality Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that construction projects meet contractual, technical and regulatory quality standards. You will implement the QA/QC system, coordinate inspections, and manage material receiving to safeguard project integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in line with contract documents.
• Implement the project‑specific QA/QC system and Quality Plan.
• Perform material receiving inspections on‑site and coordinate inspections with stakeholders.
• Maintain and monitor quality records, documentation and calibration registers for measuring equipment.
• Track, document and close Non‑Conformities (NCs) in collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Verify technical changes issued by design professionals and follow up on procurement activities.
• Support subcontractors in applying quality requirements and actively participate in daily meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in construction engineering or architecture.
• Relevant experience in construction quality management; experience on HQ or MTQ projects is an asset.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Interest in civil engineering projects and a rigorous approach to work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
