About the role
Join Aurora Cannabis as a Quality Control Associate in Bradford, ON. You will support the production of premium medical cannabis by ensuring compliance with regulatory, GACP, GPP and GMP standards and by managing sample testing and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a positive safety culture and adhere to HSE programs.
- Interpret and apply regulatory, GACP, GPP and GMP requirements.
- Provide guidance on material suitability and maintain approved material lists.
- Develop product specifications that meet EU/USP compliance.
- Manage sampling, submission and lab tracking of cannabis samples for release.
- Investigate out‑of‑spec results, prepare reports and support risk assessments.
- Write, revise and improve SOPs, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Maintain controlled, bulk and final material sampling records and specifications.
- Participate in environmental monitoring, annual product quality reviews, and internal/external audits.
Required profile
- Canadian citizenship or equivalent assessment.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet facility needs.
- Experience in a quality‑control or quality‑assurance environment, preferably within regulated manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GACP, GPP, GMP and EU/USP standards.
Required skills
- ERP system usage.
- Knowledge of GACP, GPP and GMP frameworks.
- EU/USP compliance expertise.
- Laboratory sampling and tracking procedures.
- Environmental monitoring (air, surface, water).

- Competitive salary range $60,000‑$65,000 CAD per year.
