Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Public Relations Coordinator will lead communication initiatives for a private high school, creating events, media content, and strategies that enhance the institution’s visibility and support fundraising efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute publicity, fundraising and informational events.
• Develop, evaluate and implement communication and media strategies.
• Prepare and oversee public written materials such as reports, briefs, website content, brochures, newsletters and other publications.
• Coordinate special publicity events and promotional campaigns.
• Research, gather and produce communication material, research papers and presentations.
• Assess marketing strategies and approve promotion campaigns.
• Support overall human‑resources planning related to communications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in communication, marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in public relations, digital communication or media.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in French.
• Efficient interpersonal abilities, organized, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Team‑player with a proactive, diligent work ethic.
