Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Coordinator to lead communication initiatives for a private high school. The role focuses on creating and executing publicity, fundraising, and informational events while shaping the institution’s overall communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies, events, and media campaigns.
• Prepare and oversee public written materials, including reports, briefs, website content, brochures, newsletters and promotional assets.
• Coordinate special publicity events, promotions, and fundraising activities.
• Research, gather and produce communication material and research papers for publication.
• Design media strategies, evaluate marketing approaches and approve promotion campaigns.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in public relations, communications or related fields.
• Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication.
• Highly organized, accurate, dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player attitude with strong attention to detail and due‑diligence.
