Proposal Specialist

About the role

Dialogue, Canada’s leading virtual‑care provider, is looking for a Proposal Specialist to own the end‑to‑end RFP and RFI response process. Reporting to the Manager of GTM Enablement, you will craft high‑impact proposals that showcase Dialogue’s unique health‑platform solutions and help win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of strategic RFP/RFI responses, translating complex requirements into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Write tailored proposals that combine storytelling with precise data to differentiate Dialogue in competitive evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder inputs, and procurement requirements to deliver polished submissions on schedule.
• Continuously improve proposal tools, templates, and processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to a high‑performing, team‑first environment, stepping in wherever needed to support winning outcomes.
