Project Manager – Service Projects (Rotating Equipment)

About the role

Chart Industries is looking for a Project Manager to lead service projects for rotating equipment and original spare parts at its St‑Bruno plant. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of service projects, including engineering, procurement, and logistics planning.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations based on project requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from order receipt through project close‑out.
• Develop, monitor, and track project budgets, including expense forecasting.
• Follow detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Identify project risks and create mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Ensure project delivery complies with internal processes and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Experience managing service projects for rotating equipment and spare parts.
• Strong ability to communicate with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and logistics processes in an industrial environment.
