Project Manager – Kitchen Cabinetry Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead custom kitchen and vanity cabinet manufacturing and installation projects. Working closely with clients and under the guidance of an Executive Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarize with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scope for each project.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to completion, coordinating internal teams and external subcontractors.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules covering measurements, procurement, production, shipping, and installation.
• Source materials and subcontractors, negotiate agreements, and approve payments.
• Manage change orders, client payments, and ensure consistent client communication and satisfaction.
• Utilize company ERP and project management tools to track progress and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing kitchen cabinetry projects.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multi‑project handling abilities.
• Direct experience with production and installation processes is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and project management software.
