Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead moderately complex projects for Boccard Life Sciences, ensuring delivery on time, on spec, and within budget. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage resources, and act as the primary liaison with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects following the Boccard Project Management System (BPMS) and internal best practices.
• Track project performance, manage budgets, and report estimated versus actual costs.
• Prepare quotations, draft proposals, and support technical alignments with clients.
• Organise and lead project meetings (Kick‑off, weekly, fortnightly) and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Validate technical calculations, specifications, P&ID drawings, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to schedule deliveries and ensure compliance with purchase order rules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity (P.Q.P.) standards.
• Conduct project close‑out, post‑mortem analysis, and report final KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing moderately complex engineering or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity regulations.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external resources and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills to explain technical and budgetary variances.
• Good communication skills for stakeholder liaison and documentation.

Required skills

• Excel for budget tracking and data analysis.
• P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) creation and review.
• 3D modeling and design review.
• Engineering calculations and specifications.
• Use of BPMS (Boccard Project Management System) or similar project management tools.
