Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical mandates across real‑estate, development, infrastructure and building projects. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical mandates entrusted to professionals and contractors.
• Supervise execution of real‑estate, development, infrastructure and building projects.
• Serve as point of contact between customers, internal teams and suppliers.
• Ensure deadlines, budgets and deliverables are met.
• Manage project risks, issues and contingencies.
• Advise managers and partners on best practices.
• Monitor progress and adjust action plans as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in architecture or building mechanics.
• Minimum four years of experience managing construction or office fit‑out projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, electromechanical and layout plans.
• Knowledge of construction disciplines including engineering, architecture and design.
• Experience with contract management, particularly CCDC‑2 and CCDC‑5 models.
