Project Manager – IT Service Management

About the role

The Project Manager will lead high‑risk, complex IT and Service Management projects across multiple locations. You will define scope, initiate, plan, and deliver business‑critical initiatives while supporting program management staff.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and execute large, high‑visibility projects through all lifecycle phases.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, coordinating dependencies across sites.
• Apply project management methodologies to meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout delivery.
• Produce and maintain standard project artefacts such as plans, schedules, estimates and status reports.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and IT Service Management projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams on service reliability, disaster recovery, high availability and cloud initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably in IT and Service Management.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with service reliability, disaster recovery, high availability and cloud concepts.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset but not mandatory.
