Project Manager – Full-time, Montreal

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple large‑scale initiatives in Montreal. The role requires delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while communicating fluently in English and Canadian French.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure, aligning them with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources and budget, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and report status to senior management.
• Implement best‑practice project management processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote a culture of accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 15+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and bilingual communication skills (English and Canadian French).
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA and Trello.
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
