Project Manager – Financial Crime & Fraud Technology

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives in Financial Crime, Fraud, and Law Technology within a banking environment. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale programs, working closely with business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects and programs with a minimum spend of $5 million.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives in the Financial Crime, Fraud, and Law Technology space.
- Own programs primarily within your team while coordinating cross‑functional support as needed.
- Partner with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide strong project governance, status reporting, and communication to leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Escalate issues proactively and remove roadblocks with a sense of urgency.
- Build strong relationships across teams and drive project outcomes confidently.
Required profile
- 5‑7+ years of experience leading projects and programs.
- Proven experience managing initiatives within a banking environment.
- Experience delivering projects with a minimum budget of $5 million.
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives from planning through execution.
