Project Manager – Core Banking Digital Transformation

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead core banking digital transformation programmes for its financial‑services clients. The role focuses on end‑to‑end delivery of Finacle‑based solutions, with a strong emphasis on client engagement, stakeholder management and strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and governance of complex core banking digital transformation engagements, ensuring scope, budget, timeline and quality are met.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, translating business objectives into actionable programme goals.
• Establish robust program governance, monitor milestones, mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with and mentor cross‑functional, geographically dispersed Infosys teams (architecture, development, testing, migration).
• Consult clients on digital transformation roadmaps, deployment architecture and process design; deliver tailored demos and presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing core banking digital transformation projects, preferably with Finacle.
• Strong functional knowledge of liabilities products and the full transformation lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes, stakeholder expectations and risk mitigation.
• Leadership and mentoring skills for diverse, multi‑location teams.
