Project Manager – Commercial Washroom & Locker Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects for our Richmond, BC office. The role works closely with sales, estimating, customers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to scope and deliver commercial washroom and locker room projects.
• Process shop drawings, coordinate site measurements, attend site meetings and arrange product shipping.
• Manage third‑party subcontract installers on‑site and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review, price and sell change orders, following up to maximize profitability.
• Resolve project issues such as delays, adverse site conditions and installation challenges.
• Coordinate orders and material deliveries with manufacturer and supplier partners.
• Work with other project managers, warehouse staff and drivers to complete projects successfully.
• Address project deficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory tasks.

Required profile

• Full‑time, in‑office position with an eagerness to learn and develop project‑management skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and maintain positive relationships.
• Interest in the construction industry and willingness to grow within the sector.
• Post‑secondary education completed.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
