About the role
You will support Project Managers in delivering transportation and transit projects, handling documentation, meetings, and client communication.
Key responsibilities
- Attend project meetings.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Assist with progress payments.
- Assist with the preparation of tender documents.
- Assist with project reports.
- Support Project Managers with delivery assignments.
- Communicate with project team and clients.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in a project management or civil consulting environment.
- Post‑secondary technical education in Civil Engineering Technology, Finance, Project Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam for PDF creation, editing and markup.
- High level of accuracy, strong organization and time‑management skills.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
