Project Management Supervisor

About the role

SHEIN Canada is seeking a Project Management Supervisor to lead and execute warehouse‑operations projects that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and process standardisation. The role works closely with warehouse leadership, supervisors, 3PL partners and cross‑functional teams to deliver improvements across inbound, outbound, inventory, labour planning and fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end projects across inbound, outbound, inventory, labour planning, fulfilment and 3PL processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and inefficiencies through KPI analysis, data review, floor observations and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop and implement project plans to boost productivity, quality, cost efficiency, capacity utilisation and SLA performance.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process mapping, root‑cause analysis and other continuous‑improvement tools.
• Support initiatives that improve units‑per‑hour, reduce errors, increase throughput and lower cost per unit.
• Track progress, manage risks, maintain dashboards, trackers and project documentation.
• Partner with warehouse managers, supervisors, 3PL teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
• Create and standardise SOPs, process maps, work instructions and training materials.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, data‑driven problem solver with solid warehouse‑operations knowledge.
• Experience coordinating projects and analysing operational data.
• Strong interest in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement and operational excellence.
• Individual contributor comfortable working without direct people‑management responsibilities.
