Parcel Supervisor - Nights

About the role

The Parcel Supervisor works the night shift to ensure smooth courier operations at the Vaughan dock. You will lead a team of dock employees, monitor performance metrics, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee courier operations and daily dock performance.
• Supervise parcel dock employees and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Review service KPIs and implement adjustments as needed.
• Lead, coach, and train personnel, including cross‑training for coverage.
• Reduce mis‑directs and damages on customer shipments.
• Conduct customer shipment audits when required.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines.
• Handle last‑minute shipment requests.

Required profile

• Previous courier, dock, or automated sortation experience preferred.
• Strong typing and data‑entry abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail.
• Positive team attitude and strong work ethic.
