Project Coordinator – Residential Construction

About the role

Anthem is seeking a Project Coordinator to support residential multi‑family construction projects in Vancouver. You will work alongside the in‑house construction team, helping projects move from acquisition through construction to turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and coordination for construction projects.
• Track and monitor key project documentation and filing.
• Assist in administering construction contracts and tendering processes.
• Communicate with internal teams, external contractors, and new tenants.
• Coordinate premises turnover, drawing and signage approvals.
• Perform inspections upon construction completion.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a construction‑related program.
• 1–2 years experience in residential, multi‑family construction (developer, builder or general contractor experience is a plus).
• Good understanding of estimating and tendering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of British Columbia building codes and regulations.
