Project Coordinator

About the role

Spark Power, a trusted energy partner in North America, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Belleville team. The role supports project setup, dispatch, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliverables are met on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize documentation for new project initiation.
• Create detailed project plans, define scope, objectives, and deliverables with managers.
• Allocate resources, set timelines, and schedule tasks across cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor progress, flag delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Generate accurate invoices, review contracts and purchase orders, and resolve billing issues with finance.
• Track and review field service reports, edit for accuracy, and relay corrective actions.
• Serve as central contact for project inquiries and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in meetings, record minutes, and distribute action items.
• Prepare regular status reports and conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
