About the role
Join the Building Operations team at Pomerleau as a Project Administrative Assistant. You will support large‑scale building and infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth administrative flow and accurate documentation across all phases.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update project documentation using internal technology systems.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, purchase orders, change notices, and project completion documents.
- Draft contract award letters and assist with key documentation.
- Adapt project presentations to reflect changes and updates.
- Manage project invoicing and ensure timely transmission to Accounts Payable.
- Provide proactive communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- College Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information current and distributed.
- Interest or prior exposure to the construction industry is an asset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using Procore construction management software.
