Program Manager – Business Operations

About the role

Pebl is seeking a highly organized, execution‑focused Program Manager to join its Business Operations team. Reporting to the Vice President of Employment Solutions, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives that enhance the experience of Pebl’s customers and employees while improving the scalability and efficiency of global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional programs from scoping through implementation, measurement, and post‑launch review.
• Translate business priorities into structured projects with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, success metrics, and decision points.
• Establish strong project governance by facilitating working sessions, maintaining documentation, and providing consistent updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Partner with Operations, R&D, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams to set program goals and coordinate execution.
• Build and maintain dashboards, project trackers, and performance reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, and business impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading project or program management initiatives, preferably within SaaS, HR technology, payroll, global employment, or similarly complex environments.
• Detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, including establishing accountability, providing constructive feedback, navigating conflict, and escalating concerns appropriately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
