- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that delivers clear, engaging messages across all channels and scales with growth.
- Define and promote Safe’s Employer Value Proposition, overseeing Glassdoor, LinkedIn Life and other candidate‑facing content.
- Build a data‑driven DEI strategy, set goals, launch ERGs and report progress to leadership and the board.
- Lead workplace and facilities initiatives, managing the Surrey HQ and overseeing events, off‑sites and the overall cultural calendar.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience creating employee, onboarding or culture programs with measurable outcomes.
- Product‑design mindset: journey maps, personas and feedback loops.
- Proven track record in internal communications with editorial discipline.
- Experience defining or evolving an Employer Value Proposition and managing employer‑brand channels.
- Hands‑on experience running events, culture programming and facilities management in a scaling organization.
- Data fluency – comfortable using eNPS, pulse surveys and engagement metrics to drive decisions.
- Ability to influence senior leadership without formal authority.
What we offer
- Meaningful work that impacts the business, workplace and product.
- Supportive environment with high autonomy and team backing.
- Social responsibility initiatives and paid volunteer time.
- Learning budget, training programs and continuous career development.
- Flexible, remote‑friendly and hybrid work arrangements.
