Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of Clinical and Pharmacy Software Implementation Consultants.
• Oversee multiple service engagements, ensuring timely and successful software deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and client success teams to align implementation strategies with customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering value‑add services and exceptional experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing consulting or professional services teams in a health‑tech environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills
