Production Worker / Service Technician

About the role
Thermon is seeking a Production Worker, also known as a Service Technician, to join its manufacturing team. The role focuses on repairing, reconditioning, and assembling industrial heating equipment while supporting the Inside Sales team with equipment‑related inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Observe and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Disassemble, wash, and reassemble heaters according to work orders.
- Install required parts and operate equipment as needed.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to manage product handling and care.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Required profile
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic math skills.
- Capability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong teamwork orientation and safety awareness.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Hand‑eye coordination.
