Production Worker

About the role
The Production Worker will join Thermon’s manufacturing team to repair, re‑condition and assemble heating equipment. Working closely with the Inside Sales team, the role ensures equipment issues are resolved quickly while maintaining high safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Observe and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Disassemble heaters and related components.
- Wash heaters as required.
- Assemble heaters using the parts specified in work orders.
- Operate necessary equipment and hand tools.
- Handle and move products safely, up to 50 lb.
- Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
Required profile
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong commitment to safety.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Team‑oriented work style.
