Production Technician – Evening Shift

About the role

Join Glenn’s evening production team as a Production Technician. You will help keep the manufacturing line running smoothly during the 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM shift, ensuring products are packaged and prepared for shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the automatic labelling system.
• Run automated packaging machines.
• Master case finished products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production logs tracking output, productivity, and daily totals.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues or downtime.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with GMP procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate logs.
• Team player.
• Manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required.
