About the role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our machine shop operations, ensuring efficient production and high quality standards. The role involves overseeing CNC equipment, coordinating staff, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Train employees or arrange for training as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule production activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Set up machines and equipment for production runs.
- Supervise workers and manage projects on the shop floor.
- Operate and oversee computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
Required skills
- CNC machine operation.
- Machine setup.
