Production Supervisor – Assembly

About the role

The Production Supervisor – Assembly will lead a team of machine operators in a fast‑paced packaging environment, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality production. You will be responsible for supervising other product machine operators and ensuring production schedules are met.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and oversee safety of operations.
• Train staff or arrange training, and supervise, coordinate and schedule worker activities.
• Set up machines and equipment, and monitor compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks, handle heavy loads and work in noisy, dusty, hot conditions.
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand‑eye coordination and ability to distinguish colours.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability and teamwork.
