About the role
We are looking for a Production Manager to develop production schedules, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality standards in our manufacturing facility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements.
- Direct quality control inspections.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems and work methods.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized and team‑player attitude.
- Flexible hours.
