Production Manager

About the role

Stylux is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production operations and ensure seamless execution of retail, direct‑to‑consumer, and B2B personalization programs. You will coordinate sample development, product builds, and high‑volume B2B orders while maintaining strict quality and timeline standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production floor workflow and manage sample development, testing, revisions, and merchant approvals.
• Lead execution of B2B and wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy, on‑time delivery, and quality control.
• Guide intake, tracking, and fulfillment of high‑volume personalization orders.
• Coordinate with merchant‑facing teams to align expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor inventory levels, production capacity, and prioritize orders.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable production processes.
• Maintain visibility and reporting across samples, B2B orders, and retail production runs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in production management, retail product development, or operations.
• Direct experience managing samples and B2B/wholesale production orders.
• Background working with retail or eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of retail timelines, approvals, and production cycles.
• Proven ability to oversee production teams and coordinate across departments.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple merchant programs simultaneously.
