Production Laborer – Concrete Products

About the role

Techo-Bloc is hiring a Production Laborer in its Chambly plant. The role keeps production running smoothly and maintains quality standards, working a day shift Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with 3-day weekends every week.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color and consistency
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant ones
• Sort, package, wrap and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or with equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and keep the workplace clean and safe

Required profile

• Punctual and dependable, since being on time is essential for production
• Comfortable lifting and moving up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly
• Able to stay focused during 12-hour shifts
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Team player with a solid work ethic
