Production Helper

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Production Helper to join our food processing plant. You will work on the shop floor in a cold/refrigerated environment, supporting the flow of raw materials, finished products and packaging throughout the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, finished goods and packaging supplies across the plant.
• Measure and load ingredients into hoppers for mixing and grinding machines.
• Feed flattened boxes into forming machines and remove filled containers from conveyors.
• Manually pack products into bags, boxes or other containers.
• Assist machine operators with feeding and unloading processing equipment.
• Perform basic quality checks on products and packaging.
• Support process control activities and keep work areas clean.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, crouch and kneel.
• Comfort with repetitive, fast‑paced tasks and handling heavy loads up to 100 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Team‑oriented and reliable.
