Production Associate – Utility III

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Production Associate – Utility III to support its Rental Division. In this hands‑on position you will perform a variety of production tasks under the direction of the shift supervisor, helping to keep the operation running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Hang or sort garments and other rental items.
• Bag, fold, or roll products such as mats.
• Clean and organize the work area to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Fill in for teammates during vacations or absences, adapting to changing daily priorities.
• Meet or exceed established quantity and quality standards.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work safely alongside others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions for most of the shift.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork orientation, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety rules and adaptability to changing tasks.
