Production Assistant

About the role

Untold Studios is seeking a proactive Production Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of its VFX projects. Working closely with producers, artists, and executive producers, you will help ensure smooth project delivery while gaining hands‑on experience in visual‑effects production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist producers and executive producers with daily project tasks and coordination.
• Support pitching, bidding, and scheduling activities for VFX projects.
• Organise internal review meetings and keep the team on track for delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, producers, and the broader Untold team.
• Help manage client expectations alongside producers and artists.
• Explore opportunities to develop VFX production skills.
