Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Rewind is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bridge product strategy with sales and marketing execution. You will own go‑to‑market plans, product launches, and AI‑powered marketing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute launches for new products, features and releases, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Develop marketing programs, budgets, and demand‑generation initiatives to acquire and retain customers.
• Craft positioning, messaging and content for target buyer personas, backed by market evidence.
• Provide sales and partner enablement through training, battlecards and collateral.
• Use AI tools daily to research markets, draft messaging and build repeatable workflows for the broader team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including launches and messaging.
• Hands‑on experience with sales enablement and creating battlecards.
• Comfort working with technical teams and translating complex products into buyer value.
• Strong quantitative analysis, written and spoken communication, and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, small entrepreneurial team.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for marketing (e.g., Claude Code) or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in building AI‑driven workflows or automations for marketing/sales (nice to have).
