Product Delivery & Quality Manager

About the role

The Product Delivery & Quality Manager will lead the end‑to‑end software delivery process, ensuring that products move smoothly from concept to production while meeting business goals and customer expectations. Working fully remote, you will act as the central hub connecting business stakeholders, product teams, developers, QA specialists, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive successful delivery of software products and enhancements from idea through release.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and development priorities.
• Manage product roadmap execution, balancing value, impact, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate collaboration across development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and remove blockers to keep projects on schedule.
• Establish and uphold software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design and oversee testing strategies (functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance, release validation).
• Analyze testing metrics and defect trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead root‑cause analysis initiatives and implement reliability enhancements.
• Promote Agile practices, continuous improvement, and effective release management.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
