Product Analyst – Salesforce Administration

About the role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to lead the day‑to‑day administration of our Salesforce platform. The role will ensure system stability, support business users, and drive automation across document generation and e‑signature processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce daily, including user management, permissions, profiles and data maintenance.
• Provide first‑line support for application issues and manage escalations.
• Monitor system health, perform proactive maintenance and troubleshoot incidents.
• Coordinate Salesforce upgrades, changes and integrations with external service providers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by liaising between business users and IT teams.
• Document configurations, procedures and issue resolutions accurately.
• Maintain compliance with audit, security and data‑integrity standards.
• Design, build and maintain S‑Docs templates aligned with branding and functional needs.
• Create and manage DocuSign templates with dynamic Salesforce merge fields.
• Test and validate document generation and e‑signature workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to long‑term Salesforce strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Salesforce in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Commitment to staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
