Produce Stocker – Full-Time

About the role

Join Walmart Canada as a Produce Stocker in Fort McMurray and help keep our fresh‑produce department clean, organized, and fully stocked. You will deliver excellent customer service while ensuring product quality, accurate pricing, and compliance with food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, well‑organized produce area ready for customers at all times.
• Rotate stock, remove expired items, and monitor freshness and quality.
• Price and label produce accurately, handling mark‑ups, markdowns, and signage.
• Follow food‑safety and cold‑chain procedures, including temperature checks and proper handling.
• Stock and down‑stock merchandise, set modular displays, and protect products as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 20 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb).
• Strong attention to detail for product organization and pricing.
• Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to maintain high store standards.
