Procurement Specialist

About the role

Ranger Design, a Clarience Technologies company, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing, quoting, and ordering of input materials for our innovative fleet upfit solutions. You will act as the central liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and cost‑effective procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Source, plan, quote, schedule, and order input materials.
• Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships.
• Communicate project timelines and deadlines to relevant teams.
• Conduct supplier assessment audits.
• Issue fast, accurate quotes to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor daily shortages and develop elimination plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers.
• Support internal customers and contribute to total cost of ownership improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Bilingual ability (English and French) for Quebec‑based positions.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferentially Epicor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
