Procurement Specialist – AI Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to evaluate AI‑generated work products such as documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, rigor, and domain quality of these artifacts for procurement and vendor‑management contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated artifacts against detailed, domain‑specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the output.
• Maintain consistency and objectivity across all evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement or vendor management.
• Strong professional fluency in English.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) is a plus.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
