About the role
SWTCH is looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join its growing Operations team. Reporting to the Manager of Procurement and Logistics, you will support daily procurement, inventory, and shipment activities that keep our EV charging solutions moving efficiently across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain internal inventory systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist with packing, booking shipments, and coordinating deliveries with carriers and brokers.
- Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, and confirm condition of goods.
- Generate and analyze inventory and forecasting reports to support decision‑making.
- Monitor stock levels continuously to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, vendors, customers, and carriers to resolve logistics issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team success.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated with a proactive work approach.
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced operations or start‑up environment.
- Background in procurement processes, sourcing, negotiations, and supply‑chain management.
- Hands‑on experience with inventory management.
- Valid, unrestricted Class G2 driver’s licence.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lb with mechanical assistance.
