Procurement Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote Procurement Analyst to support a Senior Purchasing & Logistics Specialist for a commercial furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) supplier based in Edmonton, Alberta. The role is fully telecommute and requires close collaboration with Canadian colleagues and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and stage procurement transactions in NetSuite.
• Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders.
• Create and maintain item and vendor records.
• Attach supporting documentation and track supplier acknowledgements.
• Review procurement inputs, identify errors or missing information, return issues for correction, and document reasons clearly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite transaction workflows.
• Minimum two years of experience in purchasing, procurement administration, supply chain, or order management.
• Availability to work full Mountain Time business hours (overnight shift for South Asia).
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication with Canadian and international partners.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and large‑data reconciliation.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, backup power, and a quiet professional home office.
• Ability to work independently across significant time‑zone differences with limited supervision.
