Probationary Specialized Teacher (Full-Time)

About the role

This full‑time, probationary position is for a Specialized Teacher at Crescent Heights High School, serving grades 7‑12. The educator will join a collaborative team focused on student‑centered learning, progressive assessment, and the Collaborative Response Model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individualized programming for students with complex needs.
• Create, implement, and monitor Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
• Coordinate and lead a support team that may include educational assistants, occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, and external service providers.
• Apply Junior High School Redesign philosophy and research‑based assessment practices.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture aligned with the district’s vision.

Required skills
