Private Equity Operations Analyst

About the role

BCI is seeking a Private Equity Operations Analyst to join its Finance Operations team. You will be central to the reporting workstream, executing quarterly valuations, supporting audit and SOC1 activities, and turning portfolio data into decision‑ready insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute fund and principal valuation calculations on a quarterly basis.
• Validate fees, carried interest, and commitment data.
• Prepare internal and portfolio reports that provide actionable insights.
• Support audit and SOC1 processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Adopt and contribute to AI‑enabled workflows and automation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in accounting, preferably with audit or Big 4 public accounting experience.
• CPA designation or equivalent professional qualification.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation within finance operations.
• Ability to work with complex fund structures, valuations, and reporting requirements.
