Principal Salesforce Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Salesforce Architect, reporting to the Director – Enterprise Architecture, to work with the IT team, product teams, and senior executives to drive the design of our enterprise domain taxonomy. The role requires deep expertise in modernizing mission‑critical applications and aligning them with core business domains.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision for Enterprise Architecture and develop technical standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
• Manage the architecture review process, create validation checklists, and provide domain‑specific guidance.
• Translate business requirements into well‑architected Salesforce solutions and oversee custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for the Salesforce platform, including proof‑of‑concepts on emerging technologies.
• Partner with data and integration architects to ensure data integrity, security, and seamless system communication.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business leaders to align technology capabilities with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years as a senior domain or enterprise architect, with prior experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect in a global organization.
• Proven experience delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions and leading large‑scale Product‑to‑Cash (CPQ/RCA) implementations.

• Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Enterprise Architecture and technical strategy development.
